Manufacturing Process Leader Goodyear-Lawton The Goodyear plant in Lawton, Oklahoma is accepting applications for the position of Manufacturing Process Leader. This person is responsible for: * Leading the team and prioritizing activities daily to meet all business targets. Participating in the daily operations review at business team and business center level, communicating actions and critical business' aspects to the proper stakeholders. * Ensuring all processes/equipment count with the right labor according to the capacity design level. * Participation on Plant Optimization (PO) pillars, aligning resources for the Continuous Skills Development (CSD) and People and Environmental Care (PEC) deployment plans. * Ensuring all team members are being certified and performing their standard work with the proper knowledge and tools. This includes assurance that all new team members have the proper training and certification. * Working on continuously improving people capabilities, enhancing skills and promoting cross functional training. * Performing layer process audits, coaching team members and ensuring compliance to preserve the integrity of safety and quality systems. Advanced degree and/or technical degree is desired. * 5-7 years manufacturing management experience including managing a budget, managing staff and other managers. * Manufacturing leadership of a multi-discipline team. * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques. * Understanding of financial information related to manufacturing operations. * Strong leadership skills. * Must have good communications, interpersonal, problem solving and computer skills including Office 365. * Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
