Asset-based trucking company in business since 1981 is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter willing to go the extra mile to pave the way for success. 4-year bachelor’s degree is required plus 5-10 years of professional experience (trucking experience is a plus but not required). Candidates must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work with customers, drivers and colleagues. Candidates must be also be proficient with current office technology (MS Office, Google Drive, TMS Software, etc.). The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
