Corporate Office Manager-Lowcountry

Under the supervision of the Executive Director this person is responsible for the overall management of the corporate office and is responsible for account payables, account receivables, payroll, HR management, management of office equipment and supplies, vehicle registrations, managing commercial insurance, annual charity and raffle registrations and financial reports. This person also participates in the annual audit, provides support to special events, and administrative support to the Executive Director, board members and Club staff and serves as the key contact with the bookkeeping vendor.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ work experiences in office management, accounts receivables, account payables, payroll, and administrative support.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point and email.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop solutions to problems.
- A valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
